Anyone know how I'd find out my 'Building Society roll number'?
Isn't present on any forms and searching the web doesn't help.
I'm with Barclays.
Barclays will not have roll numbers to identify accounts because they are a bank. Only building societies (like Halifax) will have roll numbers on accounts. Just leave it blank.

banks dont have roll numbers. only building societies do.
when you fill out a form giving ur bank details all they need is the sort code and the account number, you leave roll number blank.
(edit oops just noticed the post above so ditto what tayla says)
18 years agoBarclays is a bank not a building society therefore you will not have a building society roll number unless you have a building society book or account, and then it would be written in the front of said book or on your statement.
You only have in banks an account number, sort code, card number if you have one and cheque number if you have your cheque books.
